It's the remade version of the Lykaios race using openly-shared assets by KrittaKitty, released after she dropped the work on the mod. This work was completed by BadDog of Lover's Lab. Lykaios Reborn Mod crashes game when I equip/unequip gear. You need to convert the mesh to sse with cathedral asset optimiser becuase if im not mistaken that mod was never officially ported.
